Job summary

Amdaris is seeking a Product Designer to deliver user-centred experiences across the product lifecycle. You will conduct research, translate insights into personas and journey maps, and collaborate with agile teams to shape product strategy.

You will lead design work from early concepts to polished visuals, and facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders. The role emphasizes accessibility, multi-device experiences, and clear communication as you partner with Product Owners and developers

Qualifications

• Strong user research skills, including planning, conducting, and synthesising discovery and validation work.
• Ability to turn insights into clear deliverables such as personas and journey maps.
• Experience contributing to product strategy and aligning to business goals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, including running workshops.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research (discovery and validation) to generate actionable insights that inform product decisions.
• Translate research into deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and recommendations, and communicate these to clients and teams.
• Understand client goals and business objectives, identifying risks and shaping product strategy.
• Collaborate within agile teams to ensure product backlogs reflect user needs and research insights.
• Design high-quality user experiences across fidelities, from concepts to visual designs.
• Lead ideation, exploring multiple solutions with accessibility and multi-device considerations.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with clients, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advocate for strong design principles and best practices.
