Amdaris is seeking a Product Designer to craft user-centered product experiences across the full design lifecycle. You will conduct discovery, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable deliverables for clients and teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, Analysts and developers in an agile setting, with opportunities to lead workshops and shape product strategy. Bristol focus and international flexibility are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in a digital product environment.
• Strong user research skills with planning, execution and synthesis.
• Ability to translate insights into personas, journey maps and actionable recommendations.
• Experience shaping product strategy by identifying assumptions and reducing risk.
• Proficiency in designing across multiple fidelities from wireframes to high‑fidelity visuals.
• Solid understanding of accessibility and multi‑device experiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders in agile teams.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research (discovery and validation) to inform product decisions.
• Translate research into personas, journey maps and client communications.
• Understand client goals, identify risks, and shape product strategy.
• Collaborate within agile teams to align backlogs with user needs.
