Job summary

Admiral Business is looking for a Product Designer to lead design across cross-functional teams, shaping accessible, intuitive digital products and services as we grow.

You'll influence customer journeys, contribute to the design system and explore responsible AI across product development, while collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Designer in digital services or fintech/insurtech environments.
• Strong research, testing and experimentation skills including interviews and usability testing.
• Advanced visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with design systems and maintaining them.
• Understanding of customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Collaborative approach with workshop facilitation experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate user research, including customer interviews, usability testing, surveys and other insight activities.
• Translate customer needs and pain points into design decisions that improve the customer experience.
• Own design deliverables across the product lifecycle, from journey mapping to high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design accessible, mobile-first experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Design data-informed experiments to test assumptions and validate customer needs.
• Evolve the design system to support consistency, scalability and quality.
• Use AI tools to improve design workflows across research, ideation, prototyping and delivery.
• Support responsible AI adoption across product teams.
