Job summary

Momentum is a global product design group seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape outcomes at the intersection of business analysis, service design, and digital product experience. The role demands craft, confidence, and guiding teams and clients through complexity.

We operate across time zones with a hybrid or remote setup; London hours alignment is preferred, with optional UK-based office presence. Portfolio is required, and collaboration with international colleagues is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction and visual design.
• Excellent written and spoken English; 100% English-speaking role.
• Skilled in research, synthesis, strategy, and UX/UI delivery; confident facilitating workshops and guiding client conversations.
• Strong understanding of AI as design material and system architecture; familiarity with vibe coding, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, and rapid prototyping workflows.
• Systems thinking to design for ecosystems, organizations, and multi-channel interactions.
• Business acumen to frame trade-offs and tie design decisions to outcomes.
• Craft with modern design tools; ability to build modular, scalable systems and prototypes.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones and with clients as true partners.
• Mobility to travel occasionally for client engagements or team activities (<20%).
