Job summary

Eucalyptus is building a healthcare platform focused on long-term patient outcomes. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own a problem area end to end, from discovery through delivery, partnering with cross‑functional teams including clinical and engineering to ship trusted, regulation‑savvy experiences.

You’ll drive measurable impact by improving activation, conversion, retention and adherence, while shaping design systems and contributing to AI-enabled workflows in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Shape the problem using research, data and input from others to define the right problem rather than just pixel-level work.
• Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions crafted with intent, not decoration.
• Design inclusively with a deep understanding of accessibility standards and judgement.
• Design across surfaces and emerging platforms, contributing to system-level thinking.
• Balance metrics, research and commercial awareness to inform design decisions.
• Communicate decisions clearly, with rationale and explicit trade-offs.
• Share early, seek critique, and raise the quality of reviews by collaborating openly.

Responsibilities
