Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft the surfaces where patients decide to start treatment. You’ll shape the front door with a design-led testing approach, translating clinical language into patient-friendly terms and guiding users through high-stakes decision moments.

You will own end-to-end acquisition experiences, from landing pages to quizzes and consult forms, balancing medical accuracy with a compelling, human narrative.

Qualifications

• Problem framing using data and research to identify the most impactful surface and experiment.
• Non-negotiable visual craft: typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions.
• Design inclusively with an accessible mindset and judgement beyond a checklist.
• Think in modular design using a design system and compose across templates and pages.
• Reason in conversion metrics and business impact when defending design choices.
• Communicate decisions clearly, with reasoning and alternatives.
• Share early and often, using critique to raise the work quality.

Responsibilities

• Design every page as an argument, showing problem, solution, proof, process, value and blockers removed.
• Own high-leverage acquisition surfaces end-to-end: landing pages and conversion components.
• Own the conversion-bearing pieces like BMI calculators and interstitial flows in quizzes and consult forms.
• Translate clinical language into patient-friendly terms that are accurate, compliant and human.
• Create dense information with visual storytelling and clear hierarchy, prioritising detail over walls of text.
• Use interaction design to reveal data progressively, enabling deep exploration without overwhelming.
