Job summary

Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic business transformation initiatives across asset management.

Reporting to the EMEA COO, you will drive cross-functional programmes from concept to implementation, aligning with Investments, Product, Distribution, Technology, Data, Risk and COO teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in investment management or asset management and proven change delivery.
• Strong programme and project management expertise.
• Deep understanding of operating models across front, middle and back offices.
• Experience with transformation, process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional programmes from initiation to implementation.
• Define scope, objectives, roadmaps, milestones and governance frameworks.
• Assess and enhance operating models and processes to support regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business, technology and data teams on future-state operating models.
