Job summary

Job description

Our client is a global leader in vehicle safety technology that helps prevent collisions and improve safety for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Product Compliance Engineer to join their Quality team at their state-of-the-art facility in Dartford.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance, certification or homologation professional to play a key role in ensuring products meet global regulatory requirements. Working across engineering, quality and supply chain functions, you will help maintain product approvals, support market access activities and ensure compliance with evolving legislation across international markets.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll take ownership of product compliance activities across a portfolio of vehicle safety products, ensuring ongoing compliance with global regulatory and customer requirements. You'll manage type approval, homologation and Conformity of Production (CoP) activities, liaise with test houses and certification bodies, and maintain key compliance documentation and declarations.

You'll also support suppliers and internal stakeholders on compliance matters, monitor changes in legislation, and provide guidance on requirements such as EMC, CE/UKCA, RoHS, REACH, WEEE and IMDS.
