United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead analytics across our product and business portfolio. You'll build scientific frameworks to evaluate product performance and use AI tooling to accelerate the speed and reach of your analyses, working across Payments, Stablecoin, and Custody domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science or quantitative analysis with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and leadership decisions.
• Track record designing analytics and measurement frameworks that others adopt.
• Hands-on AI to accelerate analytics workflows (agentic analysis, AI-assisted insights).
• Strong expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and large-scale data tech (Databricks).
• Experience in FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data is a strong plus.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the data science lead for product areas — Payments, Stablecoin, or Custody.
• Shape roadmap decisions with product leads: prioritization and success metrics.
• Build scientific frameworks: product and network health metrics, causal inference, and forecasting.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics — using LLMs and agentic workflows to scale insight generation.
• Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth across customers and on‑chain activity.
• Define metrics and translate complex results into clear narratives for leadership.
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise analytical standards across the team.
