Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Wise Business, our international business account platform. You will partner with Product and GTM teams to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and improve user experience. You will lead a small team of 2 analysts, balancing hands-on analysis with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Leads to identify impactful opportunities through data analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and unblock progress.
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs and progress updates.
• Build automated data pipelines and BI tools to enable self-serve analytics.
• Lead cross-team projects to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• 2+ years experience managing analysts and conducting performance reviews.
• Experience developing and executing business strategies, with a bias for action.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Additional Information

• Base salary: £100k - £125k (dependent on experience)
