Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for its Online Platforms vertical. You’ll shape priorities with product, engineering, operations and commercial leaders, and scale a high-performing analytics function from day one.

You’ll own KPIs, drive deep-dive insights, and influence product and go-to-market roadmaps, while mentoring analysts and turning data into concrete strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic product and commercial actions.
• Fintech/payments domain knowledge or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; proficient with data pipelines and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical growth and performance end-to-end with KPI governance.
• Lead product discovery, opportunity sizing and roadmap influence.
• Build and scale a high-performing product analytics function.
