Job summary

Wise, a global technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to set the strategic direction for analytics within the Global Send Experience squad. You will partner with Product, Design and Engineering to understand customer needs, identify growth opportunities and shape the product strategy for cross-border transfers.

You will lead a team of senior analysts, coach them to deliver high-impact insights, stay hands-on on the most consequential questions, and influence decisions

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing analytics teams.
• Track record shaping product strategy through analytics.
• Strong product and commercial judgement linking customer needs to growth.
• Experience leading discovery in ambiguous spaces.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the Global Send Experience analytics squad.
• Lead discovery and opportunity finding to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Influence customer decisions by analyzing price, speed and convenience.
• Turn opportunities into product priorities with evidence-based choices.
• Lead and develop senior analysts and coach them to work with product teams.
• Enable day-to-day squad decisions with insights for planning and discovery.
• Stay hands-on with the most important problems and guide complex analyses.
