Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for the Business Account Squad. You will lead a team of 5+ analysts embedded in product teams globally, shaping data strategy and driving high-impact initiatives to move money faster and cheaper.

You’ll partner with product, engineering and design to identify opportunities, set measurable goals, and accelerate progress while developing your analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years as an analyst and 2–5 years leading others
• Experience with product teams: identify opportunities to maximise impact on customers and KPI progress
• Analytical thinker with strong analysis skills (SQL, Python) and data modelling (Airflow, dbt) using event data (Mixpanel)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product/Engineering/Design to identify opportunities and bring them to life.
• Create and communicate progress against product goals with clear KPIs and narratives to drive actions.
• Own the data strategy for Business Account Analytics to scale impact across the squad.
• Lead, develop and support a team of high‑performing analysts; hire capacity and maximise impact.
