Job summary

Awin is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help our product teams make evidence-based decisions by connecting behavioral data with qualitative insights. You’ll work with Product, Design, Research and Engineering to surface insights that guide discovery, prioritisation and experimentation.

You’ll own dashboards, run analyses with Amplitude and SQL, support experiments, and translate results into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and able to run complex data analyses.
• Experience using product analytics platforms to surface insights.
• Strong track record in turning data into product decisions.
• Experience supporting product experiments and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner across cross-functional product teams to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic goals and hypotheses into questions, outcomes, and metrics.
• Analyze funnels, activation, retention, and segment behavior.
• Identify patterns, friction, and opportunities for growth from behavioural data.
• Define tracking requirements and support implementation with engineering teams.
• Create clear dashboards and visualisations linking customer behaviour to commercial outcomes.
