SSE is seeking a Senior Product Analyst - Operational Technology to support OT value streams, including OT Security and OT Private Networks. This role blends product analysis with delivery, turning priorities into realistic plans and maintaining momentum across regulatory and lifecycle considerations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Analyst, Business Analyst or in a comparable role within IT/OT or critical-infrastructure environments.
• Experience taking work through the full lifecycle from discovery to operational handover.
• Strong requirements engineering including user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating Agile teams and backlog delivery with value-driven outcomes.
• Knowledge of OT infrastructure and industrial systems at Purdue Model Levels 3/3.5.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, validation and management of business, operational and technical requirements into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain product/service roadmaps aligned with outcomes, regulatory commitments and priorities.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to improve control, efficiency, resilience and user experience with end-to-end traceability.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans and maintain a healthy Azure DevOps backlog; manage risks and dependencies.
• Support testing, implementation and transition into service while building OT knowledge for lifecycle decisions.
