Job summary

SSE PLC is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support OT value streams (OT Security and OT Private Networks). The role is hybrid, requiring ~50% of time onsite in a base location among Glasgow, Perth, Reading or Havant.

You will lead the analysis and validation of business and technical requirements, translate stakeholder needs into epics and user stories, maintain an Azure DevOps backlog and help delivery teams plan and execute.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading product analysis in complex IT/OT environments.
• Full lifecycle experience from discovery to operational handover.
• Strong requirements engineering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience facilitating Agile teams and backlog delivery.
• Knowledge of OT infrastructure and Purdue Model levels 3/3.5.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, validation and management of business, operational and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with regulatory commitments and operational priorities.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and resilience while maintaining end-to-end traceability.
• Translate priorities into realistic delivery plans and manage the Azure DevOps backlog.
• Support testing, implementation and transition into service.
