SSE plc in Reading is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to support one or both of Thermal IT’s OT value streams: OT Security and OT Private Networks. The role is hybrid, balancing analysis with delivery to turn priorities into practical delivery plans and provide governance in a regulated, asset-intensive environment.

You will lead requirements, roadmaps and backlog, collaborating with OT, cyber security, engineering and procurement to enable lifecycle decisions and CAF/NIS assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Product Analyst or similar in complex IT/OT environments.
• Experience guiding work from discovery to operational handover.
• Strong requirements engineering and process-analysis skills, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis, validation and management of business, operational and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain product and service roadmaps.
• Analyse current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and resilience.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans and manage backlog and risks in Azure DevOps.
• Support testing, implementation and transition into service with OT knowledge.
