Bupa is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions for our UK Insurance business, partnering with Product leaders to shape strategy and evaluate initiatives.

You'll apply SQL, Python and advanced analytics to model performance, forecast trends and translate findings into concrete recommendations for senior stakeholders. This hybrid role supports flexible working from Salford and London.

Qualifikationen

• Senior analyst experience and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and data storytelling.
• Experience applying statistical methods and modelling to business problems.

• Partner with Product leaders to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Analyse customer behaviour, revenue, profitability and cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives using robust statistical methods.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise data and commercial insight.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.
