Bupa is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions for our UK Insurance business, partnering with Product leaders to shape strategy and evaluate initiatives.

You'll apply SQL, Python and advanced analytics to model performance, forecast trends and translate findings into concrete recommendations for senior stakeholders. This hybrid role supports flexible working from Salford and London.

• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise data and commercial insight.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight and stakeholder influence. You'll work closely with Product leaders, helping them understand performance, evaluate initiatives and make better data-driven decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous Senior Analyst or equivalent analytical experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
• Experience building and applying statistical models/AI to solve business problems.
• Strong data visualisation skills using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience evaluating causality and business outcomes using real-world data.
• Experience within Insurance, Financial Services or a commercial analytics environment.
• Track record of mentoring and developing junior analysts.
• Experience of using Snowflake or equivalent platform
