Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Senior Product Analyst to shape strategic decisions through data-driven insights across the UK Insurance business. You’ll partner with product leaders, analyse revenue and cost drivers, and develop scalable frameworks to measure value while mentoring junior analysts.

The role is hybrid with flexible working options and several locations in the UK. As a senior analyst, you will apply advanced analytics and predictive modelling, translate data into strategic recommendations,

Qualifications

• Proven senior analyst or equivalent experience in a commercial analytics environment.
• Strong SQL/Python/SAS/R skills with statistical modelling.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and data visualization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Analyse customer behaviour, revenue, profitability and cost drivers to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for measuring business impact and value creation.
• Apply forecasting and predictive modelling techniques to optimise performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise data and commercial insight.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practice and high-quality delivery.
