Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seekingSenior Procurement Consultants to join our growing Contract Services team in the UK. You will deliver best-in-class strategic procurement and end-to-end services for major programmes and blue‑chip clients, helping turn challenge into opportunity.

The role offers a Hybrid working pattern with clear development opportunities, including Chartered Status for CIPS and ongoing professional development, plus national/international travel where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic procurement projects and programmes.
• Tender preparation and development of key documents.
• Leading supplier engagement from market to award.
• Experience with Public/Utilities regulation and standard contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to public and private clients.
• Manage end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support development of procurement services offered by Turner & Townsend.
• Assist business development and marketing of the Contract Services proposition.
• Support delivery of team and wider business targets.
• Assist on bid preparation and proposal documentation to support work-winning capability.
