Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our Contract Services team, delivering end-to-end procurement strategy and advisory services for major public and private sector programmes.

You will lead tender preparation, supplier engagement, and post-contract management, working with NEC4 contracts, and secure MCIPs accreditation where possible, while supporting business development and cross-sector work across national and international projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in strategic procurement environments.
• Tender preparation and development of key procurement documents.
• Supplier engagement from market engagement to contract award.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts and collaboration arrangements.
• Post-contract contract management experience with NEC4.
• MCIPs accreditation or working towards it.
• Defence/Infrastructure sector experience and security clearance desired.
• Degree in construction/civil/quantity surveying/law/procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
• Lead end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
• Support clients in post-contract Contract Management of major projects.
• Develop and expand the Contract Services team’s procurement offerings.
• Support bid preparation and the work-winning capability of the team.
