About the Role:

This position reports to the VP Global Procurement and aims to improve operational efficiency through designing, implementing, and monitoring best practice processes, technology, reporting, and governance within procurement. You will support Category Directors, standardize data, and communicate best practices across teams. The role is based in our Kings Cross London offices with a hybrid working arrangement.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Process optimization and standardization, including process mapping and alignment with other functions.
2. System and tool management, acting as product owner for procurement 'Source to Contract' systems, exploring digital solutions, and optimizing tools.
3. Data analysis and reporting, including spend analysis and metrics refinement.
4. Project management and change management for procurement initiatives.
5. Develop training materials and share knowledge across procurement teams.
6. Support strategic planning, category management, risk management, and promote procurement policies.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

• Significant procurement experience and familiarity with procurement systems.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and technology.
• Data analysis, reporting, and project management skills.
• Experience in process documentation and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Undergraduate degree and/or MCIPS qualification.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.
