• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or Procurement with experience owning strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team to reach potential and delivering improvements.
• Strong communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a site-level team of Procurement professionals and collaborate with site stakeholders to drive results.
• Lead the Strategic Procurement agenda and demonstrate value through KPIs.
• Develop supplier base to support Sudbury site demand for POC Diagnostics instruments and reagents.
• Act as focal point between Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality & R&D/Engineering and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier management to meet delivery, quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate with Global Commodity Management on demand pooling and price strategies.
