Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Process Technician Coordinator in the UK to oversee manufacturing and packaging processes for Botanical Drug Product (BDP), ensuring cGMP and EH&S compliance. The role includes coaching staff, maintaining batch documentation, and driving process improvements.

The candidate will coordinate with QC, QA, supply chain, and engineering to meet production schedules, while managing responsibilities and safety in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment is essential.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead teams in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Good numeracy and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Willingness to adapt working hours to production needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all BDP production batches meet cGMP and EH&S standards.
• Lead and coach technicians in new processes and changes to manufacturing techniques.
• Maintain batch documentation and equipment logs with high accuracy.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Adjust workloads to ensure on-time delivery of production schedules.
