Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals Operations UK Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supply Chain professional to manage incoming materials, storage, and distribution for batch manufacturing at the KSP site. The role supports both domestic and international shipments, with focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance.

Your responsibilities include ERP-driven stock control, cycle counts, and assisting with stock checks, despatch, and out-of-hours callouts while maintaining cGMP and cGDP standards.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a similar Supply Chain position.
• Knowledge of a broad base of supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Fork Truck Licence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with IT systems including ERP and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming materials and ensure PO details match.
• Process transfer orders and distribute non-CTQ items across site.
• Deliver materials for batch manufacture and handle returns from production.
• Dispense materials for bulk manufacturing per SOPs and maintain stock records.
• Support despatch activities for commercial products and assist stock takes.
