Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Process Technician Senior Coordinator to manage manufacturing and packaging of Botanical Drug Product (BDP) ensuring strict cGMP and health and safety adherence. The role may include direct people management and cross-functional collaboration to meet batch schedules and maintain documentation.

The candidate should have 3+ years in regulated production, strong cGxP knowledge, and proven leadership, with excellent communication and Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP standards and EH&S practices.
• Experience supervising or leading small teams in regulated production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good numeracy and ability to document batch records.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and Word for production records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGxP and EH&S knowledge applicable to the job.
• Ensure delivery against schedule for all BDP production batches.
• Process batch documentation in compliance with cGMP and procedures.
• Lead and coach production staff to follow procedures and meet timelines.
• Perform routine micro testing in CMS and coordinate with QA/QC.
• Coordinate BDP production scheduling with supply chain, warehouse, engineering.
• Train technicians on new processes and changes to manufacturing techniques.
• Identify improvements and implement across all BDP processes.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by production management.
