A leading Engineering & projects delivery business is seeking a Business Manager-Recruitment Operations. The ideal candidate will be a chemical engineer with extensive experience in process and mechanical engineering, responsible for managing teams and delivering design on substantial projects.

The Company is a leading Engineering & projects delivery business, specializing in design, installation, project management on turnkey processing plants with bulk handling materials systems across various sectors

We are looking for a chemical engineer with sound background in process and mechanical engineering that has experience in heading up a small team of process, technical, engineers and managers.

About the Role

You will have a BEng (Hons) in engineering (mechanical, or chemical engineering) with 10-15 years of process, system design & delivery, as well as experience in managing engineering teams on projects of value to £6m, with strong knowledge of the construction & process sectors.

• Delivering process and system design.
