You will work at the intersection of strategy, transformation, technology and leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver standardisation, end-to-end process redesign and a compelling transformation roadmap for the insurance value chain.

Qualifications

• Strong London Market insurance experience.
• Expertise in process optimisation and operational excellence.
• Experience leading transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong underwriting knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex process optimisation and transformation initiatives across London Market insurance operations.
• Drive standardisation and operational excellence across multiple functions.
• Analyse and redesign end-to-end processes across the insurance value chain.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop future-state operating models and roadmaps.
• Influence and challenge existing ways of working to deliver improvements.
• Mentor and coach process optimisation specialists and analysts.
• Contribute to development of optimisation methodologies and best practices.
• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance process discovery and effectiveness.
