• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level or higher.
• Proven experience leading large-scale change in global environments.
• Strong understanding of operational process design, governance, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance and continuous improvement of end-to-end Exams Services processes from entries to results release and certification.
• Drive and embed complex change and transformation programmes across global, matrixed teams.
• Support the implementation of new technology-enabled assessment products and digital testing solutions into BAU operations.
• Build strong alliances and influence senior stakeholders across Exams Services and related functions.
• Use data, KPIs and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact and drive improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis on major operational incidents and implement sustainable improvements.
• Champion best practice and support professional development of colleagues.
