Job summary

Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Senior Process Improvement Analyst on a freelance basis to shape legal service delivery within an international law firm as part of a Business Transformation Programme. The role is 6 months+ with a daily rate, hybrid working in London.

You will lead process mapping, stakeholder workshops, VOC interviews, KPI baselining, governance around process ownership, and drive automation and continuous improvement across the service delivery centre and related pitches.

Qualifications

Degree with 4+ years progressive experience in process improvement.
Experience facilitating workshops with senior staff and establishing credibility quickly.
Experience in large international commercial environment; law or professional services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Drive process and quality elements of a large business transformation programme.
Define scope of processes with stakeholders and map current vs future state processes.
Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and training; conduct VOC interviews/surveys.
Analyse data to baseline performance and determine KPIs.
Design and implement governance around process ownership.
Work with stakeholders to automate elements of processes and improve service delivery.
Maintain effective stakeholder communications through meetings, reporting and documentation.
Champion change agenda internally and externally; support pitches and improvements.
