Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in large-scale Finance Transformation within a legal firm.
• Educated to degree level.
• Experience with Elite 3E and Adherant is highly desirable.
• Swiss Verein structure experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture and define business requirements.
• Support the prioritisation of business requirements.
• Define detailed design principles to underpin the 'to-be' design.
• Coordinate and input into 'as-is' and 'to-be' process mapping.
• Work with vendors to develop robust functional documentation/specification.
• Produce high quality documentation and process maps.
• Build and nurture relationships with SMEs, process owners and key stakeholders internationally.
