Job summary

First Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to produce a suite of process engineering deliverables to support Hazard Identification at a feasibility level. The role requires on-site work at AWE Aldermaston/Burghfield 3-4 days per week within a hybrid pattern and DV clearance.

The engagement duration is six months and on-site work is required. Deliverables include a Process Overview, Basis of Design, Block Diagrams, Flow Sheets, and Mass and Energy balances, in line with

• Experience delivering process engineering deliverables.
• Familiarity with hazard identification in feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

Senior Process Engineer required to undertake the production of a set of Process Engineering deliverables to support Hazard Identification at a feasibility (+) level of maturity.

We have a demand for a Senior Process Engineer to undertake the production of a set of Process Engineering deliverables to support Hazard Identification at a feasibility (+) level of maturity. The process engineer shall initiate early engagement with AWEs Process Engineering Project Lead to understand expectations and agree applicable AWE engineering standards, confirm the output deliverables, and their content maturity.

Process Documentation deliverables appropriate for phase completion in accordance with WI-103-04 are as follows:
1. Process Overview
2. Process Basis of Design
3. Block Diagram/Overall Process Flow Sheet
4. Process Flow Sheets
5. Activity Sequence Diagrams
6. Mass and Energy balance
7. Process Flow Diagrams

DV Clearance is required for the role.

Work pattern: Hybrid - required to be on site (AWE) 3-4 days per week.
