Qualifications

• Solid GMP laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience working across complex, matrixed organisations.
• A genuine passion for safety and driving culture of readiness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Building 6 Laboratory Leadership Team to align on priorities and decisions.
• Coordinate with GMP Laboratory Systems for equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
• Deliver hands-on training on new analytical techniques to scientists.
• Coach early-career scientists taking on safety roles and build confidence.
• Lead cross-functional discussions on lessons learned from near-misses for genuine improvements.
• Prepare teams for upcoming regulatory inspections with a culture of readiness.
