OxTS RD in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead hands-on production support, optimize assets, and drive process improvements. You will design and maintain production equipment, develop documentation, and support new product introductions within a collaborative Operations team.

The role requires strong mechatronics skills, CAD experience, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential for success in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering background across mechatronics, manufacturing, or test environments.
• Experience with process validation and continuous improvement in production.
• Experience with scripting or programming, especially Python.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, hands-on engineering support to resolve build and test issues raised by production teams.
• Ensure availability and reliability of production assets (calibration tables, thermal chambers, test jigs).
• Design and maintain assets; develop and update BOMs and drawings.
• Document maintenance routines, work instructions, and process records.
• Support introduction of new products into production and cross-functional initiatives.
