Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Chemical, Process or similar engineering discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (or working towards it) with a minimum of 5 years in a senior engineering role.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, or hydrocarbon sectors.
• Proven track record in delivering projects from concept through detailed design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of NGL and hydrogen-related projects.
• Support upgrades to existing systems, ensuring readiness for future energy demands.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for operations and maintenance teams.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost-effective delivery plans.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and COMAH requirements.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers.
• Monitor and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets within the engineering function.
• Identify and implement energy efficiency improvements.
