Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Physics, Manufacturing or related technical field.
• Experience in regulated, high-technology healthcare manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and deliver measurable improvements.
• Analytical, structured, evidence-led problem-solving approach.
• Ability to translate complex issues into practical, sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and resolution of complex engineering and operational challenges.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering colleagues and promote best practices.
• Lead strategic improvement initiatives focusing on quality, productivity and cost.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation including equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Service across product lifecycles.
