Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Oxfordshire is seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. You will shape world-leading products, support quality and output, and champion our zero-harm culture as you work with engineers across NPI, design, and production.

You’ll develop new processes and equipment, influence manufacturability, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to deliver robust, high-yield production in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Roles such as Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Technology Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams with clear communication.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues across internal processes and extended supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve quality, productivity, and flow, CI, changes, and value-stream initiatives.
• Collaborate with NPI team to address technical and process challenges during product development.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment for innovation and digitalisation.
• Influence design for manufacturability with robust materials and high-yield production.
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable operations while upholding zero-harm culture.
