Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Oxfordshire seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to shape world-class manufacturing processes, supporting quality and productivity while championing zero-harm culture. You will work with engineering, design and NPI to move advanced technologies from concept to volume manufacture.

You will diagnose issues, lead CI initiatives, and contribute to process improvements and innovative manufacturing solutions on site. Hybrid working is available after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• Strong structured problem-solving capability and root-cause analysis.
• Proven collaboration across teams and clear communication.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to innovate and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured engineering principles to diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues across processes and supply chain.
• Lead projects to enhance quality, productivity and flow, including CI and capital initiatives.
• Collaborate with NPI to address technical and process challenges during development.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment for innovation and digitalisation.
• Influence product and component design for manufacturability and high yield.
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a zero-harm culture.
