At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as a Senior Process Engineer at our Warrington or Bristol sites and play your part in our mission.

The Role

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will manage the delivery of engineering and technical activities, applying your process, domain knowledge, and experience.

Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues, compiling reports and presentations, and ensuring compliance with specifications based on stakeholder requirements:

• Designs, develops, and determines solutions within your specialist area.
• Addresses complex engineering problems with high levels of uncertainty.
• Mentors less experienced team members to support their development.
• Manages customer relationships and liaises with clients.
• Promotes collaboration across engineering and other teams.

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, requiring regular travel to Warrington or Bristol, with home working arrangements. Agile and flexible working options, including part-time and job sharing, may be available.

Essential Experience

• Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams on various project types.
• Experience handling a range of tasks with varying complexities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with other disciplines.
• Experience in the nuclear industry is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering.
• Working towards chartership is desirable.
