Job summary

Capgemini London is seeking a Lead Process Business Analyst to provide process leadership, quality assurance, and senior business engagement across the process estate. The role combines design, standardisation and coaching across multiple functions with a strong emphasis on BPMN and process governance.

The role requires leading complex design initiatives, facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, and mentoring other analysts to build capability and reusable process assets.

Qualifications

• Senior/Lead BA with experience in a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end process design and improvement.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Process Owners and SMEs.
• Knowledge of process mapping, current-state/future-state analysis, and BPMN.
• Experience with quality assurance and peer reviews of process deliverables.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex end-to-end process design and improvement across multiple business functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to understand current-state processes, pain points and future-state solutions.
• Engage with Process Owners to ensure accountability, alignment and decisive outcomes.
• Identify and resolve complex design issues, dependencies and conflicts.
• Drive standardisation and optimisation across the process estate.
• Coach Process Analysts and promote reuse of proven process patterns and assets.
