Job summary

A London-based banking group is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to reshape how the firm designs, runs and improves its core processes. You will own high-visibility improvement work, partner with senior stakeholders, and help build a process-excellence capability shaping the bank for years to come.

Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will map current-state processes, design future-state workflows and embed better ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping and diagnosing current-state processes using BPMN.
• Proven track record applying Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Ability to use data to size and prove improvements.
• Knowledge of operational risk and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business leaders and support functions as the go-to advisor on process improvement.
• Map, analyze and document current processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities.
• Design future-state processes that align with strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Set up KPIs to track benefits such as cost savings and productivity gains.
