Job summary

Saltus is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive the business analysis practice across our wealth management function. You will lead a small team of 3–4 analysts, own process architecture, taxonomy and current-and-future state design, and ensure consistent standards across projects.

Based in the UK with flexibility to work from home and plant offices in London or Bath, you will engage senior stakeholders, run workshops, and translate analytical outputs into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in business analysis with progression to lead roles.
• Experience in process architecture, taxonomy, and state design.
• Experience leading and developing BA teams.
• Experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Comfortable presenting to exec-level audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Desirable: BCS International Diploma or CBAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across projects and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Define process architecture and taxonomy, map current and future state flows.
• Identify gaps and risks and translate into recommendations.
• Ensure BA standards and templates are followed.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Line manage 3–4 BAs and support their development.
• Improve BA standards continuously.
