Talantir in London is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to design, build, and implement strategic operational initiatives across regions and business lines. You will lead end-to-end process analysis and future-state design, reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence.

Using Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and automation/AI tools, you will identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, define requirements, and support delivery of automation and optimisation programs while coaching

Formación

• 5+ years in senior-level business or process analysis roles.
• Strong BA methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• London Market processes and delegated authority models (desirable).
• Hands-on with BPO/outsourced service models incl. transitions, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid), automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), and AI/LLM/process mining tools.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of synthesis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience writing epics/user stories/acceptance criteria for tech-enabled change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailed current-state analysis and design future-state processes aligned to strategy.
• Produce business cases, requirements specs, benefits analysis, and process maps.
• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for tech solutions.
• Support BPO/outsourced partners with KPI/SLA and transition planning.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts.
• Track program progress, benefits, risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
