Morson Edge (Financial Services) is seeking a Process Reinvention Analyst to join the Investment Management division on a permanent basis. London / Hybrid work model with senior leadership exposure and partnership with Data & AI teams to drive end-to-end process transformation.

The role focuses on designing scalable, insight-driven operating models, leveraging data, analytics and automation to enable AI-enabled improvements across transformation programmes and the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, process mining, service design, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Deep understanding of how data, analytics, automation, and AI can be leveraged to drive business transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.

Process Reinvention Analyst – Investment Management - Perm

Location: London / Hybrid

We are partnering with a leading asset manager to appoint an AI & Data Process Analyst within its Data Transformation team.

You will own the end-to-end process reinvention lifecycle, challenging existing ways of working and designing future-state processes, operating models, and organisational structures that are scalable, insight-driven, and automation-ready. Working closely with senior leadership and Data & AI teams, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement and champion data-led decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data & AI Process Reinvention capability across the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement future-state processes and operating models that are scalable, insight-driven, and AI-enabled. Ensure initiatives are value-led and leverage the latest capabilities in data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Drive innovation and operational excellence by continuously evolving tools, methodologies, and ways of working.
• Promote best practice and support the development and upskilling of colleagues across the organisation.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, process mining, service design, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Deep understanding of how data, analytics, automation, and AI can be leveraged to drive business transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
• Previous experience within the Asset Management / Investment Management industry or Financial Services is essential.
