Job summary

Lloyd James Media is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Process Automation Specialist to redesign complex workflows and translate business challenges into technology requirements. You will lead discovery, map end-to-end processes, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and support solution design and UAT.

Automation is central to the role; you will identify opportunities for workflow orchestration, integrations and AI-enabled improvements while maintaining controls and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience turning business problems into technology requirements.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and define acceptance criteria.
• Experience with automation, integrations and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across claims, customer service and back-office teams.
• Map end-to-end processes, identify delays and controls.
• Translate requirements for Product, Engineering and Data teams.
• Define test scenarios, support UAT and measure benefits.
• Drive automation opportunities with a focus on quality and risk.
