Job summary

Sellick Partnership Limited- In-House is seeking a Senior Probate Solicitor in Manchester on a permanent basis, offering hybrid working. The role focuses on probate matters with no BD requirements, and a clear path for salary progression within a market-leading firm.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of taxable probate matters, collaborate with the team, and interact with clients by phone to ensure an excellent service.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualification will be considered).

As the Probate Solicitor, you will:

• Handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters varying in complexity

As the Probate Solicitor you will have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered and candidates qualified by experience)
• Experience of conducting probate matters in a private practice or in-house setting
