This senior role requires confident consulting leadership, independent management of multiple engagements, and the ability to develop a high-performing team around you.

You will oversee complex programmes, chair client meetings, and guide consultants and analysts while shaping delivery capability and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PE client engagements simultaneously.
• Provide strategic oversight and direction across projects.
• Build strong client relationships and uncover account development opportunities.
• Drive commercial discussions including scope, rates, and extensions.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants and analysts.
• Ensure utilisation and delivery targets are met.
• Contribute to new consulting offerings and internal initiatives.
• Maintain an active external profile through events and thought leadership.
