Meraki Talent is seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead and expand our private client tax services in the UK. You will deliver high-level personal tax advisory for affluent individuals and business owners, blending technical depth with commercial insight.

As part of senior leadership, you will oversee complex client portfolios, guide team members, and drive business growth through proactive proposals and market engagement. ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in advising private clients on tax matters within a professional services environment.
• Deep knowledge of inheritance and capital gains planning, trusts, and personal tax frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing high-value client portfolios and complex advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: build long-term relationships with affluent individuals and business owners.
• Technical advisory: deliver complex tax planning and structuring solutions.
• Regulatory compliance: oversee personal tax compliance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Project ownership: manage advisory projects from planning to execution.
• Regulatory insight: stay updated on UK tax law developments and inform clients and teams.
• Team development: mentor junior staff and raise performance standards.
• Business growth: contribute to expanding the private client function through proposals and networking.
