Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with Private Equity expertise to join our Professional Services team in London (hybrid). The role focuses on delivering complex PE projects for Private Equity and Private Markets clients, with ownership of engagements and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will work with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, manage workstreams, and contribute to building the Middle Office practice.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working directly within Private Equity or Private Markets, or a consulting environment supporting PE clients.
• Strong understanding of Private Equity middle office operations, including investment processes and data flows.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring platforms and/or Private Equity investment technology.
• Ability to understand operational requirements of GPs, investment teams and monitoring functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting engagements, taking senior responsibility for delivery.
• Act as a senior project lead with PE and Middle Office subject-matter expertise.
• Lead client meetings, Steering Committees and senior stakeholder sessions.
• Manage project workstreams, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines and budgets.
• Provide specialist expertise across PE middle office operations and investment processes.
